  3. This is so interesting! I actually have a lotus tattoo, but didn’t realize it was associated with sacral chakra. Love learning more about all the imbalances and poses associated with it.

  5. I find it fascinating to learn more about Chakras and how each one correlates to the different parts of our body. I love essential oils, it was interesting to read which ones can help with the sacral chakra as my husband experiences chronic pain in this area.

  6. Really interesting. For sacral chakra i see you mentioned slang land and clary sage. I’ve had fertility issues and read about an essential oil mixture that could potentially help – including both slang land and clary sage. Really helpful that you’ve mentioned some other possible remedies.
